  • The booking process is simple and straightforward. Once you have decided on the type of photography you require, you can reach out to us through our website or by phone to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the details of the project, including your vision, timeline, and budget.

  • The turnaround time for receiving photos will vary depending on the type of project and the number of photos. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation.

  • To ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of our refund policy, we have outlined the terms and conditions below:

    Confirmation of Booking: Once payment has been received, the booking will be considered confirmed.

    Cancellation Policy:

    Clients may cancel their booking within 24 hours of making the initial deposit and receive a full refund.

    After 24 hours but within 72 hours of booking, a 50% refund of the deposit may be issued.

    No refunds will be provided for any productions cancelled more than 72 hours after booking.

    Independent Contractors: All non-Afshin Photos employees who contribute to your production, including makeup artists, hair stylists, models, wardrobe stylists, designers, assistants, and other personnel, are independent contractors and are not covered by our refund policy.

    Cancellation by Afshin Photos: In the event that Afshin Photos must cancel an expedition that has not been rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that it may take 14-21 days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we will do our best to work with our clients to find a mutually agreeable solution. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount of the deposit will depend on the type of project, the amount of the project, and date of the project. In most cases the deposit is 50% of the total. Depending on the time between booking and the date of your production the total amount may be due at booking.

  • Yes, you can bring your own team, but please note that our refund policy does not apply to independent contractors who are not employees of Afshin Photos.
